Singed could use a special item

Hallo , I love singed, hate me , but I love playing as this dude. But for some reason I feel that his kit makes you want to do so many things that at the beginning of every game you plan on some dexter ass shit but it all ends up the same , how why what do I mean... well lets say u plan on splitpushing, you will build the same and do the same, ok what if you plan on teamfighting, build the same end up splitpushing and do the same thing. Now I know that every champion is the same , and its understandable but in singed setuation his kit feels somewhat empty, other that funny, it truly is empty... there is no diversity, its just the way you lead him.

So I would love to see singed getting a signeture item, like rengar's like viktor's , give him something, A potion the we choose how to mix it at the shop where we choose to either like get movement speed and tanacity on the cost on sucrificing some tankiness for splitpushing, or the exactly opposite for teamfighitng, I DONT KNOW, its not hard to come up with fantastic things, not likw riot has ever disappointed us anyways I got the trust, I've got that :).
