Dissapointed with the level system & chest loot chances

So I like the leveling up but when you only get a bunch of champion shards even when your at level 60 its doesn't feel like a reward at all. Before the change to the loot system I could get chest once a week or so I had lots of skins to reroll and play around with. Now I get one once a month. Then when I do get a chest its orange essence and icon. Disappointing. The honor capsule are okay. I just feel like there is no reward any more. [cass-cry]

I would love to see a change to the level up capsules, so that they scale to basically be chests. It would make leveling up feel more worth it. If they do scale please let me know so I have something to look forward to when I level.
