New champ idea :D

I just want new adc... I thought about all weapons and a the character throwing a cannon ball or a Chakram/ Ring disk and these things came to mind. I could digitally recreate this character if you'd like, but i just wanted you opinion on this.

Weapon: Ring/Chakram or Ball/ Cannon Ball.

Role: Marksman (Hopefully, not another caster ADC champ though...).

Abilites: (Not decided Yet) I need ideas :P
