Cho Gath heard of a rework?

So I have heard that Cho-gath was going to recieve a rework but I do not think that he is going to be reworked. I want a bigger and better chogath like any other chogath mains out there. :(. I want chogath to get a rework as soon as possible if this discusssion hadn't been for a video that I saw from RedMercy.
