This is just an idea I came up with overnight, was wondering if anyone would mind sharing some thoughts. It is a concept I could see them taking like Zilean and the whole time manipulation, and then Bard. I theorized he could potentially be linked to Bard somehow if he was made, but decided I wanted to see what everyone else thought.

Secondly, this is just an idea that I am fine tuning, and is obviously not the finished product. I know a lot of it may be overthinking and it is the reason I am throwing it out in the suggestion box. I would love positive feedback...thanks guys!

Bartollio, The Deranged Artist or Bartollio, The Deranged Curator don't know which one sounds/works better Uses a dagger/paint brush and is meleeWhy?: Bartollio offers much more than a generic champion. He isn't governed by strict builds that determine a champions ability to do well like Vayne and a Blade of the Ruined King. He is, in my opinion, a more interesting champion that brings endless possibilities to the table. Obviously this is a work in progress, but a buddy of mine, and myself, felt as though the idea of someone who drew and created things that go above and beyond just a simple click would be extremely fun to play. Bartollio offers just about everything fun in a champion, he has the maneuverable style of quite a bit of recent champions, along with the ability to play a champion you enjoy in almost any lane which gives you the opportunity to play who you want almost everytime.

Honestly speaking, Bartollio should do well in each aspect of his kit without being overpowered. I do, however, feel as though Bartollio would be best fit in a mid or support role like lux or zyra to name a few. I, however, feel as though Bartollio still has the chance to jungle thanks to the new jungle items. Chilling smite will enable him to get to his target or to keep up with his target, and at the same time the AoE smite will enable him to sustain well in the jungle.

While I like the idea of possibly jungling, I still feel as though Bartollio can improve in this aspect. He is an artist, and therefore shouldn't be tanky even though today's junglers tend to sway towards the tankier/cinderhulk builds. However, if he scales well with ad, which I was hoping for with his Red Paint, it would hopefully start out slow like nidalee jungle and pick up with faster clear items after one or two starting items.

Alter Ego (Passive) Bartollio has the ability to change the color of his paint by remaining still and out of combat for 2 seconds. (Colors cycle at a rate of 1 every 2 seconds, i.e. red...2…1…blue...2….1…green.) The color is chosen by just simply moving. This effect may only occur once every 30 seconds. The color of paint augments Bartollio's abilities.

Abstraction (Q) AP "Bartollio activates the lines created by Splatter (W) to create an Area of Effect that detonates Vantage stacks.

Cooldown: 7/6/5/4/3 seconds

" "Enemies within the target area have their movement speed decreased by 25/35/45/55/65 % and are dealt (INSERT AP DAMAGE RATIOS) based on the size of the area.

Area of effect lasts for 3 seconds.

This effect is doubled against neutral monsters.

" Red: Enemies within the area receive a stacking debuff which reduces their armor 5% per second up to a maximum of 25% Blue: Bartollio drowns out the voice of his enemies silencing anyone within the area for as long as they remain. Green: Allied champions are granted a portion of Bartollio's armor and magic resist which decays over time once they leave the area of effect.

Splatter (W) Passive: Paint drops connect with previous drops to form an invisible line only seen by Bartollio and allied champions. "Active: Place a paint drop at target location. Maximum 5 paint drops can be placed.

Cooldown: 6 seconds

If Bartollio or an allied champion pick up a paint drop they receive a 50% movement speed buff which decays over 1.5 seconds.

" Red: Whenever Bartollio picks up a paint drop, he becomes infused with rage gaining an additional 10% attack damage for 2 seconds. Blue: Whenever Bartollio picks up a paint drop his next basic attack deals additional damage based on his AP. Green:Whenever Bartollio picks up a paint drop, he and the closest ally are granted a shield that absorbs 100 (+ AP RATIO) damage. If the shield is destroyed, Vantage Point's cooldown is reduced by 2 seconds. This effect can only occur once every 10 seconds

Vantage Point (E) "A dash that consists of 3 charges with a cooldown between charges that decreases upon level up.

Cooldown between dashes 5/4/3/2/1 seconds

Ability Cooldown: 14/13/12/11/10, cooldown begins after all charges have been consumed, or is not reactivated within 3 seconds." Dash to target location, if Vantage Point hits an enemy champion, you will dash through them applying a stack of Vantage which deals (6/8/10 % of the target's maximum hp upon detonation). Red: When Vantage Point is detonated, the enemy champion is stunned for 0.5/.75/1.25 seconds and is dealt (INSERT AD RATIO) Blue: When Vantage Point is detonated, the enemy champion takes 15% additional damage from AP sources for 2 seconds Green: When Vantage Point is detonated, Bartollio and the closest ally are healed for a portion of the damage (+AP RATIO)

Masterpiece [R] "Bartollio creates a masterpiece for the ages (as long as you aren't the enemy team). He brings to life the very picture he creates by altering the terrain based on the color of his paint.

" "Bartollio is instantly able to drop the maximum number of paint drops enabling him to create a completely new playing field, one that isn’t so fair to both teams.

Cooldown: 130/115/100 seconds " Red: Bartollio paints a ferocious volcano that is erected from the ground knocking up all enemies in its path and after a short delay begins spewing lava that reduces enemy armor by 40% for 6 seconds. Blue: Bartollio- need an idea for an ap mage/burst ult Green: Bartollio erects a statue of himself in the center of his masterpiece that causes enemy champions to focus the statue for 2 seconds. In addition, at the end of the duration, all allied champions are healed for a portion of the damage dealt to the statue.

Clearly needs reworked due to the conflict in cd between the dashes and the actual ability going on CD I just noticed....I'm sorry guys!

Sweet idea! I would love to see this champion in league! it would be sick!
