Matchmaking With Premades

Seriously, I'm pretty sure a lot of league players can agree that being matched with premades when you're playing SOLO ranked, is unfair. They can communicate so much easier and can plan ideas out beforehand. Isn't there anything at all to just avoid this bullshit aside from not playing ranked ?
