bard and vel koz skins

i was just thinking how awesome it would be to have a pasta party vel koz skin.. like vel koz body made of spaghetti with like a giant meatball for an eye, throwing pasta sauce everywhere, popping people up with little meatballs, slinging meatballs that split in two, lazer beam spaghetti pasta sauce mess?

and what about a garbage man bard? with assorted trash chimes and assorted trash meeps, garbage can shrines, a trash pile he just dives into and it brings him through the tunnel, throwing wads of trash that hit the enemy or the wall and they stun? how about tossing a giant trash bag that breaks on everyone in the landing zone and kind of dissipating over the duration of the ultimate?
