Fire Element
True Power Passive: Base Damage: 20, 25, 30 10 sec/cd: Every 4 successful attacks unlocks the 2nd ability which puts you into True Power state. In True Power state all basic attacks have increased Attack Damage ( ) and Magic Damage ( ). While in Fire Element every basic attack does AOE damage for (.2 AP). Destruction W: Action Mana: 20/15/10/5/0 Cd: 13/11/9/7/5 First Action: Increases Attack Speed and Ability Power for 5 seconds (.5 AP and 3% AS). True Power State: Hugely increases Attack Speed and Ability Power for 10 seconds (.7 AP and 5% AS).
Flame Touch E: Dash Mana: 40/35/30/25/20 Cd: 15/13/11/9/7 Base Damage: 20,25,30,35,40 First Action: Dashes forward leaving a flaming trail behind that deals DOT (.3 AP) + ( ) for 3 seconds. Base Damage: 45,50,55,60,65 True Power State: Dashes forward and/or to nearest ally or enemy. Dealing Damage to enemy (.5 AP) + ( ) Increasing Attack Damage (+.2 AD) of allies who walk through it for 5 seconds.
Rebirth Mana: 0 CD: 0 When activated Calliope can transition into her new Element by pressing Q (Fire), W (Water), E (Earth), R (Air). In which grants her new abilities and unique passives for each Element. And also increases damage and her unique passives. Unique Passives do not stack.

Increasing Attack Speed of allies (5% Attack Speed) and increases Movement Speed By (5% ) for 5 secs. Also Decreasing the Movement Speed of enemies who walk through it by (4%) for 5 seconds.
