Rainbow Poro effect

Hey,

I dont know about everyone else but I have loved having the rainbow homeguard effect when having the rainbow poro icon equipped. I think the Dev team should think about keeping it and adding some other homeguard effects to summoner icons. I think that would be a super fun customize idea

I agree, but I doubt it'll happen outside of event based or temporary trails/recall animations/spawn animations, etc
