The New Client

I want riot to bring back the legacy client. I have a relatively slow computer and haven't played in a month. I come back to playing and the new client takes 5 minutes for me to even get the full options menu open so that I can change the setting to run on low. The kicker is that even after all the options shows up, I still cant click a thing. I want to play League of Legends. I could care less what the client looks like. It seems to me that riot doesn't want to fix the problem, they just want you to buy a better computer. That's not a customer friendly environment they spent 7 years trying to build. Sorry for the rant, I just want to play some dang league of legends, is that to much too ask?
