**Current Fizz ** **> Nimble Fighter **> INNATE: Fizz is perpetually Ghost ghosted and takes 4 - 14 (based on level) less physical damage from basic attacks, calculated before armor. > **> Seastone Trident **> ACTIVE: Fizz's next basic attack is empowered, dealing bonus magic damage and gaining 50 bonus range. > PASSIVE: Fizz's basic attacks rend enemies on-hit, dealing magic damage over 3 seconds. > If Seastone Trident kills its target, its cooldown is reduced to 1 second and refunds mana. Otherwise, if Seastone Trident doesn't kill its target, Fizz's basic attacks gain bonus on-hit magic damage for 5 seconds. > **> Playful / Trickster **> SINGLE CAST: Fizz vaults towards the target location, becoming Playful untargetable for 0.75 seconds while balancing on his Trident. If the spell is not cast a second time, Fizz completes his vault after a brief pause and splashes onto the ground below him, dealing magic damage in a radius to nearby enemies and Slow icon slowing them for 2 seconds. Both dashes may be directed separately. > DOUBLE CAST: Fizz dismounts his trident without pausing, allowing him to perform both dashes in a quick succession. Upon landing, he deals damage to nearby enemies. The damage dealt is the same as the single-cast version, but with a smaller radius and without applying a slow. > > **> Chum the Waters **> ACTIVE: Fizz throws down a lure in the target direction that attracts a shark, causing it to emerge after 2 seconds, dealing magic damage, Airborne icon knocking aside surrounding enemies and Slow icon slowing them for 2 seconds. My Idea

Passive Hero Trait Fizz builds up tidal waves, whenever he is in air (E) or Dashes (Q) he gains a movement speed build up by 20-60%+ 0.10 % AP for 2 second and can walk through units for 5 seconds. He also takes** 5-30 less damage from Neutral Monsters** ** Q: Rapid Surf**

Fizz Dashes once, then second cast for a Leaps (hops) onto Trident, hold-Q to charge second cast to Dash backwards in same direction on a tiny water wave, enemies caught in the wave back are slowed by 90% for 1 second . Magic Scalingitem 3374

** W: Deadly Sea Urchin**

Fizz Throws his Trident in a Targeted area shooting a knock up water geyser into the air,(if it hits 1 champion, they take true damage, all other units are knocked back or to the side...Enemy units are knocked up by 0.10 seconds, champions 0.50 seconds Passive: Gain Sea Shell Bounties from 5 champion takedowns that boost Fizz Ap Power by 1, 2.5, 5, 7.5, 10%

If Fizz (Q) Dashes or (E) Vaults into W, he charges his trident and does an Aoe Slash attack, executing all enemies below 20% Health, all other enemy units take 15% Current Health Damage in Physical Scalingitem 3031

**E: Playful Trickster **Fizz Shoots a Taunting Eye Gouge with his Trident, Taunting enemies to attack FIzz for 1 second, then Press Again to Flip Forward or Behind them Passive: Enemies flipped from Behind or Front are Stunned for 1.25 seconds

R: The Kraken

Fizz Blows on a magic Ocarina that Summons a Dark Tidal Pool, enlarging over 1 seconds(channel Spell) if Enemy Champions walk over it the **Kraken **Latches On **Rooting **Them for 3 seconds Dealing 100-400 Base Damage and AD/AP Scaling
