Lore Not much is none about this spirit. There are many theories about her, but the one thing that everyone agrees on is that she helps children sleep. Everything else is based on how the children would tell of their encounter with her. Some would say that the air around her is more calm and relaxing. Others would tell of how she would evict the monster that lived under their bed or inside their closest. Many children would speak of her sheep and how fluffy their wool was, or of how her very presence would rid the child's dreams of nightmares. Most children would refer to her as their bedtime mama, while others would call her the boogieman killer. One thing that they all agree on is that they love her as much as their real mother, and that she loves them as if they were her own children.

Abilities Passive: Relaxing Aura Range: 1000 units Enemy champions will gain 1 stack of Counting Sheep per second so long as they already have at least one stack of Counting Sheep. At 10 Counting Sheep stacks, enemy champions lose all Counting Sheep stacks and fall asleep for 3 seconds. The next source of damage against a sleeping champion will deal double damage and also wake up the champion. Each stack of Counting Sheep lasts for 3 seconds (stacks drop the same way as potion stacks). Additionally, Serene and ally champions are immune to fear. While Serene is out of combat, she and ally champions will regenerate 2% of their maximum health and mana per second.

Q: Astral Sheep Cost: 50 mana CD: none Range: 600 units Serene commands a sheep from the astral plane to pop out at target location, dealing 50/65/80/95/110 (+0.7 AP) magic damage to all enemy units it pops up under and applying a stack of Counting Sheep to enemy champions. The sheep will remain for 5 seconds, using its wool to reduce enemy movement speed by 34/38/42/46/50%. You cannot cast an Astral Sheep on top of another Astral Sheep. Astral Sheep will instinctively jump over Dream Fence, carrying all enemies that were on the sheep with it. Carried enemies will take 60/85/110/135/160 (+0.8 AP) magic damage, gain a stack of Counting Sheep, and become rooted for 1.5 seconds.

W: Dream Fence Cost: 70/80/90/100/110 mana CD: 12 seconds Range: 600 units Serene reveals a part of the fence used to contain her Astral Sheep. The fence is 400/500/600/700/800 units wide and is impassable for enemies. If an enemy champion uses any movement ability that isn't a leap (i.e dash, blink, teleport, etc.) to get to the other side of the fence, than they will become stunned for 1.5 seconds.

E: Cross Line Cost: 80 mana CD: 20/19/18/17/16 seconds Range: 800 units Serene uses her cross to pull either a target ally champion or immobilized enemy champion to her location. Pulling an ally champion will grant a 160/200/240/280/320 (+1.2 AP) health shield to both herself and the pulled champion. Pulling an immobilized enemy champion will refresh the duration of the immobilizing effect.

R: Eviction of The Wicked Cost: 100 mana CD: 180/150/120 seconds Range: 750 units With a bang of the butt of her cross on the ground, she forcefully evicts all evil things from the area. Upon activation, all enemy units and neutral monsters are knocked back just out of the ability's range. A banishment zone is then created, and will persist for 6/7/8 seconds. Enemy units and neutral monsters within the banishment zone will loss 4/5/6% (+1% per 100 AP) of their maximum health per second and will deal 30% less damage.

After Thoughts Thanks for reading my champion concept. If you like The Sleep Mother, than please don't forget to vote for her. If you have any thought or criticism, than please leave a comment.

P.S. The ultimate a gave Serene is meant to go with her theme of helping children going to sleep. No matter which way I see it her ultimate has to be something she can use to get rid of monsters that hide under a child's bed or in a child's closet.
