You automatically get a 10/10 cause it's Irelia, but the animation is really great! I love the jerk of the screen as the plane goes by. Well done!

Some feedback:

You've got wind going left to right and right to left. It's distracting and it doesn't make sense. Pick a direction (probably right to left to match her hair) and go with it, don't mix and match.
Was that a plane or a bottle rocket that went past at 11? Too fast to get a clear look at it. It sounded like a plane, but it left a smoke trail that had a distinct "z" shape like it was a light weight bottle rocket. You can slow it down a little more, straighten out the smoke trail, and make the smoke trail last a little longer to give that plane more weight in your scene.
Having Irelia's eyes glance towards the plane as it flies away would be a nice touch.
The fur on her jacket feels like it ruffles more from the passing plane than her hair does. This is another case of "it's blowing the wrong way", where the air is blowing left to right on her fur but right to left on her hair.
Her blades rotating on their axis feels a little off. I'm not sure if it's just that they don't rotate where I expect them to in the shot (between her leg and her hair), or if it's that are doing it all in unison (instead of one at a time creating a rippling effect), or if it's that they are perfectly aligning to a position instead of rotating a little bit past that angle then correcting.
The clouds are extremely static on such a windy day. Consider giving them some movement, or at the very least adjusting the lighting on them.
I can't help but feel like the propeller should move somewhat. Maybe not fully rotate (since that would block Irelia), but at least rock back and forth a hair in the wind.
Dial up her reaction to the plane going past. You shift her legs when the plane isn't there, when the wind isn't gusting the hardest, when it should be the opposite. Have her watch it go past, then as the wind hits her have her tuck her legs in a little to help balance against the wind (maybe pull her body in a little with that duck), then she can go back to lounging.
I kept expecting a plane shadow to pass over. I think that would fit in nicely.

All in all it's very good, better than I have the patience to do, just giving some ideas that may take it to the next level.

That's some amazing work, the quality of it is immense and is easily on par with the original wallpaper. My only issue would be the lack of shadow depth beneath the bandanna wrapped around her neck. When the plane flies by and it flaps with the wind, there are no shadows, and it's off-putting if you notice it.
