Perhaps its time for Summoners rift to get new summoner spells?

I'd personally like to see a return of revive summoner lol, also perhaps a new summoner that can be used to heal turrets? or perhaps a summoner that increases the turrets range/attack speed and damage for a limited time(would make tower diving more tactical,and make ohmwrecker more useful).

feel free to add new ideas for new summoners, especially ones that can make the game more tactical like perhaps a summoner that acts like urgots old ult?

how about a summoner spell that creates a zone that disables True damage for the duration, but only the true damage

summoner 14 no longer deals damage in this zone but still applies grievous wounds and vision to the target

item 3031 conversion of crit damage to true damage is disabled but still doubles your crit chance

Camille Q true damage recast is disabled but not the initial cast

Conqueror's True Damage conversion is disabled but still gives you bonus AD

Vayne W is disabled

this way you can ease up some match ups, mess up an assassin's all in or mitigate damage from an ADC standing too close to the center of a teamfight as long as you cast it at the right time

Back when they were introducing Runes Reforged I thought for sure they'd bring back revive to go with Unsealed Spellbook. Also, I think summoner spells that are used only on turrets are a very bad idea.
