Shurima Assassin Sicurame

I would love if our next champion could be based out of Shurima, we have not had a true assassin for quite some time now and i believe we could get something to work. Her lore could be about her being the best assassin in Shurima for hire and Azir uses her to fulfill his needs outside of the city. Her kit would be around getting in and if all goes well getting out alive. She would have all the tools to kill but not many to get out.

Her name could be something like Sicurame P-Sands of Time- Every 5 seconds out of combat while next to any form of terrain, Sicurame goes invisible for 2.5 seconds. If only one enemy is in range(not sure how far yet) Sicurame gains 75% movement speed for the duration(if moving in the direction of the enemy)

Q-Shroud yourself in a cloud of sand(can be seen by control wards) that slows and applies brittle to enemies in the area.

W-jump into the air doing a front flip onto target area and stab the ground, deal increased damage if there is only one enemy champion, reduced damage to minions.

E-gain 12% increased movement speed on passive per level on E, also upon activation your next w or auto will cripple the enemy slowing them by 25%

R- In a huge area around you, cover the ground in sand for 10 seconds, all enemy tracks will be traced until the ability ends, gain 15% increased movement speed while on the terrain
