Community contribution in making new champions

Dear Riot,

Lol is an amazing game which I play on daily bases for the last 4 years,

I think if you make the community contribution in generating new champs, that would be amazing, and will increase the gamers on the rift, people have more fun in selecting and choosing what they would like to see and play, make them a part of your world,

And the story of the legends as champions is not given sufficient care, as it would make a great content and people would love to hear, watch or even read stories of your champions,
