Portal Girl (Rough Concept)

Portal Girl

(Inspired by Void from Incredibles 2 maybe some minor spoilers)

Passive: I'll Take that on the Go

By creating shortcuts between herself and the shop through the use of her portals, Portal Girl may make purchases from the shop from anywhere on the map so long as she is not in combat.

Q: Redirect

Portal Girl casts this ability once on an Enemy Champion and a second time on an Enemy Champion. After the second cast, the first basic attack used by the first target is Dodged and the second target receives damage equal to the amount of damage avoided (resistances apply).

W: Window

Portal Girl briefly creates a portal on the map that temporarily grants True Sight of the area. The size of the portal is approximately the size of a siege minion, but its vision radius and range at which it can be cast increase with level.

E: Bypass

Portal Girl targets an enemy Champion so that the next three basic attacks against that champion from any allied champion deal bonus magic damage based on a percentage of her AP and ignore any shields on the target.

R: Gap Closer

Portal Girl creates a portal underneath a Champion on her first cast and then creates a second portal on her second cast, causing the champion to blink to the location of the second portal. portals must be cast within 0.75 seconds of each other or this ability will do nothing and enter cooldown regardless.

Portal Girl is a melee AP caster who's mastered the use of her single ability, casting portals, and has come up with all sorts of uses for it. She excels in enabling allied champions as well as disabling enemy champions.

I've honestly never done this before and I couldn't even come up with an original name for her and thought to myself "Why bother when this will likely never be made into a champion anyway?" And even if it was, it's not like Riot's going to use whatever name I come up with, right? Anyway, I watched Incredibles 2 and thought to myself that Void had a really interesting power and then I thought how cool would it be for a champion to have that ability?
