New Spell Idea!!!!!!!
I was thinking of a new spell revolving ultimate cool downs. a simple spell used to refresh your ult!

Sweet jesus....the horror! What you are proposing would result in like 95% of the champion pool using that spell and flash. Thats just too much. If you want a refresh it has to have something negative about it. Like it comes on an item with movespeed and maybe 20 armor/mr for a steep cost of 2k gold. That way if you do build it you limit dmg/tank potential and if you rush it, same thing happens, while it could still be used well on certain champs SITUATIONALLY. Can't uave something like that as a summoner on a champ like karthus. He hits lvl 6 and just double ults all lanes? Thats basically an auto win all lanes option before anyone can respond.
