Crisus, The Controller

Passive - The Controller: The feet beneath enemies becomes electrified by abilities, up to a maximum of three charges. Q - Electric Volley: Crisus stands in place, calling down three strikes of energy. The first strike slows a small amount. If the first strike lands, the second strike silences for a short duration. If the second strike lands, the third strike stuns. Each strike applies Crisus's passive. W - Arc: Two bolts of energy shoot out in a mirrored arc. If the enemy is hit where they converge, he applies two stacks of his passive and pulls them directly to Crisus. E - Kaplow: If the enemy has three stacks of Passive, Crisus may immediately deal damage to an enemy and knock them back based on how close they are to Crisus. R - Zap! : Crisus becomes a ball of energy, dashing to all enemy champions affected by his passive. He deals damage to them based on how many stacks of his passive they have. At the end of the channel, he reappears where he cast the ability.
