giny and trog, the living artilery

Giny the yordle found an egg one day. Took it home and it hatched. It was a dinosaur from our world that somehow ended there. She raised it as a tank to guard her. But also as a friend. She mounted him with a catapult to fight from afar as well as close.

His passive would make it so he can attack while moving seeing as he moves and giny aims. But his autos slow enemies by 5% each stack, stacks 3 times.

His q is siege mode. He plants himself gaining armor and magic resist and range. Deactivating it bursts area for damage an slow and give movement boost for short duration.

W is spin that slams tail around him, mocking enemies back. And damage. If in siege mode he will not do damage bit will jump a direction instead and gain the movement bonus to escape.

E is his autos gain area of effect consultation. But only in siege mode, out of siege mode he runs forward for a brief stun and damage.

His ult would be a long range mortar 1 shot attack, it does damage to units and structures but does reduced damage to structures.
