[SKIN CONCEPT] Hurricane Katarina.

Ok, so obviously, it is a play on words. Hurricane Katrina - Hurricane Katarina. This skin idea is in no shape or form meant to be disrespecting for lives lost in the actual incident 10 years ago. I thought it was a really unique idea especially with the play on words with Katarina/Katrina.

Anyway: Q - Bouncing Blades, could be bouncing fish instead? You know when they jump out of the water, lol. W - Just some kind of water whirlpool effect idk. E - Splash effect at Kat's feet after landing? R - Hurricane effect while spinning.
