The possible future of Hextech items

At the state of the game review one of the developers said that someday you might see hextech builds. I really like the hextech item line and I think it is very cool but what if you could build an entire build of hextech items that grow on top of eachother as though a new stat. Before you downvote I want you to take a second and think of the possiblities of a build of items that would interact with eachother. I have an example of the items I have imagined.

For starters there will need to be a common item which is the core of every hextech item.

Hextech Battery: example of say 800 gold stats: 10 (highest bonus stat) 15 Capacity 1 Capacity per 5 seconds

So the way this item works is that Capacity is a new resource that is used by the hextech items. Think of it as mana. This item also would give 20 of the highest bonus stat your champion has. This makes it useful for any class of champion, a tank, mage, support, or adc can all use this item to get the stat they desire out of it granted their highest bonus stats are the one they desire. The stat would be armor, magic resist, ability power, or attack damage.

In a more basic example Malphite would gain 20 armor from this item and Lux would receive Ability power.

Now for the cool stuff

Hextech Charger: Made out 3 Hextech Batteries 40 (highest bonus stat) 50 Capacity 5 Capacity per 5 seconds

Passive: This item gives the "CHARGED" bonus to other Hextech items

Passive: Hexplode: Spells and basic attacks expend all capacity to do bonus "Hextech" damage to any and all units hit with that spell or basic attack. The damage dealt is equal to the capacity spent.

(Hextech damage is 50% AD and 50% AP)

Amplifier passive: (This passive only activates when you build the required hextech item) Doubles the Capacity per 5 from all Hextech items.

Hextech Amplifier: Made out of 3 Hextech Batteries 40 (highest bonus stat) 100 Capacity 3 Capacity per 5 seconds

Passive: This item gives the "AMPLIFIER" Passive to other Hextech items

Passive: Gain 2 additional (highest bonus stat) for every 10 Capacity

Charged Passive: Gives an additional 1 (highest bonus stat) for every 10 Capacity

Hextech Armor: 2 Hextech Batteries and item 3067 300 Health 10% Cooldown reduction 50 (highest bonus stat) 50 Capacity 2 Capacity per 5 Seconds

Charged Passive: Cancels the "Hexplode" Passive from Hextech Charger. Instead gain a shield equal to the current amount of Capacity. When damage your capacity will be damaged instead. When your Capacity reaches 0 you will let off a charge dealing Hextech damage equal to your total Capacity to nearby enemies and slow them. 30 Second cooldown

Amplifier Passive: When damaged by an attack gain magic resist or armor equal to 4% of the type of damage dealt. (Type chosen is the same type as the attack made) This has a cap at 12%.

Hextech Bulwark 2 Hextech Batteries, item 1031 and item 3801 300 Health 150% Health Regen 40 Armor 40 (highest bonus stat) 50 Capacity 2 Capacity per 5 seconds

Charged Passive: Anytime you are effected by any form of croud control a pulse erupts from you dealing 25% of your maximum Capacity Hextech damage to enemies around you and slows them by 50%

Amplifier Passive: Every 4th auto attack against you deals 50% damage instead

Hextech Spellbox 2 Hextech Batteries, item 1057 + item 3801 300 Health 150% Health Regen 40 Magic Resist 40 (highest bonus stat) 50 Capacity 2 Capacity per 5 seconds

Charged Passive: Magic damage dealt to you gives you Capacity equal to 5% of your total Capacity.

Amplifier Passive: When Capacity is full gain an aura that reduces magic damage taken by 40%

Hextech Flashbang 2 Hextech Batteries, item 3113 30 Ability power 40 (highest bonus stat) 50 Capacity 3 Capacity per 5 seconds

Active: Throws a grenade at location dealing your full Capacity damage as Hextech damage. Enemies caught in the blast are blinded (like graves but white) 40 second cooldown

Charged Passive: Dealing Hextech damage to enemy champions reduces the cooldown on this item by 1 second.

Amplifier Passive: Hextech damage is increases by 20%

Hextech Healbot: 2 Hextech Batteries item 3114 40 (highest bonus stat) 100% Mana Regen 10% Cooldown reduction 50 Capacity 3 Capacity per 5 seconds

Passive: +10% Healing and shielding power

Active: Places a Healbot at a nearby location. Healbot has 5 health and gives Health per 5 to all nearby allied champions equal to your Capacity per 5. 120 Cooldown

Charged Passive: Gain 50% of Capacity per 5 as Health regen per 5 and Mana regen per 5

Amplifier Passive: Healbot can also heal allied minions and allied towers.

Hextech Regenifier 3 Hextech Batteries item 1006 50 (highest bonus stat) 150% Health Regen 75 Capacity 10% cooldown reduction 3 Capacity per 5 seconds

Passive: 10% of any Hextech damage dealt is gained as health

Charged Passive: Health Regen per 5 is trippled.

Amplifier Passive: Increase healing from all sources by 10%

This is just a base concept. Nothing is un-changable, i just wanted to throw my idea out there. Feedback would be awesome
