5 man premade teams

I didn't know what board to post this on.

Anyways, I'm really tired of playing against 5 man premade teams. It's really unfair because they're usually talking to each other and they can communicate quickly and easily, whereas I'm playing with no one, or like 2 people, and the rest of my team is at a disadvantage. Every time this happens, I lose the game.

I was originally going to suggest a different queue for teams with 5 people, but I realized that would take ages to find a game. Then again, maybe not; considering how MMR doesn't exist in normal games. Please comment a suggestion, I really want Riot to see this post.
