Hype, the Jet on Legs

Hype was born in Noxus, with his little sister Anne. Together they weathered the harshest of storms, parents abandoning them, poverty and abuse. They scrounged the backwater scraps left by others, eating what they could and stealing what they needed. Eventually Hype learned of his ability, a greatly enhanced effect on the sugars being consumed. He used the ability to steal from others so he and Anne could live.

Though starting small time, Hype moved on to the big leagues after contacting a group of burglars that would regularly run heists. Feeling it was the right step for them, Hype joined and used his abilities to bring in more money that. He had seen in his life. What he received his spent on the both of them, they regularly bathed, got nice clothing, and had a better life in general.

Then, after a heist in Demacia, Hype returned home to find his home broken into and Anne gone. No struggle, or sign of a fight. Only a note. A note that explained that his sister had a life threatening disease, and he was to use his abilities to fight in the League of Legends. The more he won, the better Anne would get.

Passive Ability: Stealing Candy from a Baby- Hype gets a stack of sugar after defeating an enemy champion, per inanely increasing his W abilities damage.

Q: Sugar Rush- Hype drinks a Soda, increasing his attack, movement and ability cool down speed.

W: Jet Pierce- Hype reels back and suddenly shoots foreword, damaging all enemies in his path.

E: Charge- Hype creates static around his body from all of the movement he makes ion response from the sugar intake, damaging any enemy that attacks him.

Ult: Faster than Light- Hype drinks an Energy Drink, his particles become so charged and move so fast that he becomes intangible for a few seconds. The attacks launched from Hype during this time have increased damage.

I think it's fun making up champs, even if they aren't ever going to be put in game. Idon't know what the stats would be, but he would have increased base movement speed. He's a melee champ as well. Help me make him better!
