Abaddon, the (Spooky Scary) Skeleton King

An addition to the list of Shadow Isles champions, I conceived this idea when I thought about the champions of the Shadow Isles, with the exception of Elise and Evelynn, they're kind of droll downers. Sure Yorick's bluntness about his depressing undeath can be funny but its not exactly what i was looking for. In an Island of the dead and damned, what kind of Lunacy and fun could one expect.

That's when I created Abaddon. The "Skeleton King"

Abaddon is a resident of the Shadow Isles that awoke to his undeath about 50 years after the ruin of the Blessed Isles. When he awoke, he had no idea as to who he was or where he was, only that the souls adrift that shouted at him were very boring. And so he set out to find someone with whom he could have fun with, but all he found was skeletons that didn't seem as lively as him. Still something within him compelled him to bring his fellow bonemates with him. He reached out and placed a hand on the skull of one of the skeletons, only to remove the skull and cause the skeleton to fall apart. Disappointed with this turn of events, he tossed the skull aside and moved on to another one. But where the Skull landed, a fully grown skeleton crawled out of the ground with the skull as its head. Abaddon rejoiced at finding a friend, but found that he had gotten his hopes up when he realized that the skeleton before him had no soul.

Disappointed, but not deterred. He set out in search of a skull that would be more lively than any of the others.

Gameplay wise, Abaddon is a melee fighter with a kit designed for locking down enemy champions and fighting them one on one.

Passive: Skull Collector. Abaddon collects the skulls of enemies that die near him and uses them as his resource bar. Enemy minions grant one skull while large monsters and enemy champions grant two. At level one the max number of skulls Abaddon can hold is maxed out at 10, and is raised by 5 at levels 6, 11, and 16.

Q: Skull Shot. Cost: None. Cooldown: 10 seconds. Abaddon fires a skill shot, if it hits an enemy champion, it damages them for 60/80/100/120/140(+60% AD) physical damage. By holding down Q before releasing the skill shot, Abaddon adds more skulls to the attack, maxing out at up to five per skill shot. Adding a skull to the attack increases the damage of the attack by 10/15/20/25/30(+10%AD) for each added skull. In addition to this, each skull tossed causes a skeleton to rise up and grab the champion hit, rooting them for .25 seconds for each skull placed into the attack. If Abaddon does not place any skulls into the attack, he throws his own skull, causing the initial damage if it lands but not applying a root.

W: Thick Skull. Cost: None. Cooldown: 20/18/16/14/12 seconds. Abaddon shields himself for 85/100/115/130/145+(5% Bonus Health) and if he possesses at least 10 skulls, grants himself 30% damage reduction and cc nullification for 5 seconds. However, if attacked while the damage reduction is in effect, he will lose skulls. 1 skull per basic attack and 5 skulls per spell.

E: Boneyard. Cost: 5 Skulls. Cooldown: 12 seconds.

Passive: Abaddon gains 2/5/7/10/12 bonus attack damage per skull. This effect persist until two seconds after all skulls in the area are gone.

Active: Abaddon raises a wall of bones and (5) skulls that champions cannot pass through for 3 seconds.

R: Skeleton Dance. Cost: None Cooldown: 120/100/80 seconds Abaddon summons 9/16/25 skulls in an area that lasts 8 seconds. If an enemy champion steps on the skulls, they explode, dealing 30/50/70(+20% AP) magic damage and slowing them by 20%/30%/40% for 1 second. For every skull that explodes, Abaddon receives one in his resource bar.

Special Interactions.

If you liked the kit (or maybe you didn't but the concept is interesting) and want to learn more about the liveliest(kind of) skeleton there is, then here's a list of things he says to people and items.
