Kharo, the Manipulator of Reality
Kharo is a melee AP fighter/assassin that can lock down the enemy to deal tons of damage.
Passive: Temporal Field- Every 12/11/10/9 seconds, Kharo's next basic attack gains 350 range, deals 30/40/50/60 (+20% AP) bonus magic damage, and creates a field around the target that slows enemies inside for 20/26/32/38%. The field lasts for 3 seconds. Whenever Kharo hits an enemy with an ability, Temporal Field's cooldown is reduced by 1 second.
Q: Warp Grenade- Kharo throws out a warp grenade at a location, dealing 60/100/140/180/220 (+60% AP) magic damage to all enemies hit and warping back enemy champions to where they were 3 seconds ago.
If Warp Grenade teleports an enemy through Spectral Walls, they'll take the damage and be stunned as if they hit the wall, but will not break the wall.

W: Spectral Walls- Kharo creates a circle of spectral walls at an area that last for 3 seconds. Enemies inside of the Spectral Walls have their magic resistance reduced by 10/13/16/19/22%. Enemies on the outside of the walls can move to the inside, but if an enemy champion on the inside moves through the walls, they will be warped back to the center of the walls, take 70/120/170/220/270 (+70% AP) magic damage, be stunned for 1 second, and collapse the walls.

E: Pulse Ball- Kharo creates a sphere at a location that lasts up to 4 seconds. He can detonate the sphere at any time, causing nearby enemies to take 30/50/70/90/110 (+30% AP) magic damage and be pulled towards the sphere. For every second the sphere charges up, it deals 50% increased damage, up to 90/150/210/270/330 (+90% AP) magic damage.
Cooldown: 16/15/14/13/12 seconds Cost: 50/55/60/65/70 mana
Ultimate: Warping Field- Kharo channels for 1 second to create a warping field. Once he casts Warping Field, he creates a zone on the round that stuns all enemies inside until he completes the channel. Once he completes the channel, enemy champions in the area swap positions with each other after a .5 second delay, causing them to take 100/200/300 (+70% AP) magic damage. If only one enemy champion is affected, they take the damage but do not move.
