New champion idea

I was thinking what if they made a champ that his ultimate was that he stole the abilities, stats, and appearance of an enemy champion. The champ and the enemy can both be attacked by there teammates and they can't communicate with them either. I'm not sure how this would work but I think that this a decent concept
