New Champion Idea Elet: Never ending nightmare

This is my idea for a new champion to exist in league of legends. He's name is Elet and his an a skeleton who use magic to destroy enemies. He's passive ability is called : When he attacks there's a chance of dropping bone , when he will pick up the bone he will deal bonus magic damage. He's Q is called Bone strike : Elet creates an area after 1 second bones will strike in that area dealing magical damage and applies a bleed (something like darius passive) W is called Skull blaster : Elet creates a some kind of a cannon that will invisible and if he use he's E he will fire it up. He has limit to create only 8 of them on a map E: FIRE! : When he press E he will fire his Blasters but this skill is also a passive. Elet has a chance that his attack will stun the target for 0,5 second R: Endless Power : When activited Elet lose his armor and magic resist but he has unlimited mana and cooldowns.
