Tahm Kench passive

I like the new champ and his kit is pretty cool, but I'm just not a fan of his passive having any real abilities behind it other than the effects that coordinate with his Q and W. I don't mean to complain because he already gets a passive from his ult and e, but I don't like that the 3 stacks aren't like threatning like velkoz, vayne, braum, or pretty much every other champ that builds up stacks. Even twitch does some damage over time with his stacks and I just would like kench to get on that train if you get what I mean. Tell me what you all think.
