So in his story, he was a cruel warrior that cut down the god-willow, but in its final moments of life, it turned ivern into the tree hugging tree we know and love today. But, WHAT IF Ivern was fused with the god-willow powers, but decided to use his new powers for previous motives? Just a thought.
