New champion ideas

i have a good idea for a new champ im pretty sure you wont use it but id like to say it. the champion is an assasin type passive: when he uses the normal attack 4 times in a row the 5th one throws 4 shurikens Q:increases attack speed lvl 1 : 8% lvl2: 15% lvl 3 27% lvl 4 35% lvl 5: 41% W: increases damage and burn effect (like red buff) lvl 1 :+5 % damage increase lvl 2 12 % lvl 3 20% lvl 4 26% lvl 5: 30% E :increases damage and slow effect: lvl 1 +5% damage increase lvl 2 12% lvl 3 20% lvl 4 26% lvl 5 30 %
R:throws 4 shurikens at once for 5 seconds with damage increase +attack speed increase+ burn effect + slow effect lvl 1 damage increase 10% lvl 2 18% lvl 3 26% speed increase lvl 1 : 15% lvl 2 25% lvl 3 35% Note : if w and e are used togheter the damage increase is halfed: preferred price is 8300
