[[[[I REALLY NEED SOMEONE TO DO A CONCEPT ART OF HIM FOR ME]]]] Hey everyone, thank you for your time today. I wanted to introduce a uniquely LoL champion concept that I have been dreaming up for a while. I think he is a great blend of the darkly comedic approach Riot has adapted so well in many of their champions so far.

Background: Abandoned as a baby, Lief (his name is a play on the words 'lie' and 'thief') was raised in the Demacian foster care system. At 14, he ran away from home to cut out on his own. Shortly thereafter, he found himself alone in the back alleys of Restrika--a Demacian port city-begging for scraps and barely alive. He quickly turned to thievery to keep himself fed and clothed. For years, he worked the streets of but this ended after he tried to steal a coinpurse from a traveling mercenary and was beaten half to death. He was later taken to a Demacian prison, where he was accused of disturbing the peace, invalidity, and multiple counts of theft and burglary. He was to be executed, but a generous donor named Marcius heard the boy's eloquent defense of himself in court and offered to pay for his release. Marcius, a wealthy merchant and shipping magnate took the boy under his wing and trained him to use his silver tongue to great benefit for them both. After Marcius' death, Lief manipulated his way into taking charge of the company and has expanded it to cover vast reaches of the Runeterran continent. He commands a fleet of over a thousand shipping vessels and an army of merchants (and mercenaries), and , while his true net worth is kept very secret, many have argued that he is the richest single person in the world. After conquering the world's markets, he set his sights on what has become the biggest economic boon in Runeterra's history--The League of Legends. He seeks nothing less than total domination of the world's largest stage, and he will do and say whatever it takes to accomplish his goal.

Base stats: Health- 530 (+61 per level) Health Regen 2.5 (+.4 per level) Attack damage- 50 (+2 per level) Attack speed 0.66 (+.03 per level) Range 500 Mana 320 (+37 per level) Mana Regen 10.4 (+.9 per level) Armor 39 (+2.3 per level) Magic resist. 34 (+3 per level) Base Movement Speed 335

PASSIVE: Greed is Good Lief attacks by throwing money at his enemies; champions who are hit by 4 of his auto attacks within 5 seconds (stacks decay after 5 seconds at a rate of one stack per second) are charmed towards him for one second. Charming an enemy removes all stacks and grants them immunity for 10 seconds. Lief has an increased passive income of 1 (level 1), 2 (level 9), or 3 (level 16) gold per 5 seconds

Q: Targeted Advertisement Targeted ability- Lief pitches his latest product to an enemy champion, silencing them and dealing magic damage based on the item he most recently purchased (scales with Health, Armor, Magic Resist, AP, AD, CDR, and Attack Speed; does not scale with consumable items and wards) Base Damage- 80, 120, 160, 200, 240 Health- Deals percent health damage at 1% of the opponents max health per 50 health provided by the item (i.e. 300 health item deals 6% max health) Armor- Deals additional physical damage equal to 2 per armor provided by the item Magic Resist- Deals additional magic damage equal to 3 per magic resist provided by the item AP- Deals true damage equal to 1 per AP provided by the item AD- Deals true damage equal to 2 per AD provided by the item CDR- Additionally stuns for .05 seconds per %CDR provided by the item AS- Increases Lief's Attack speed by an amount equal to that provided by the item

Cooldown- 12 seconds Range- 500

W: Fat Pockets Passive Ability- Lief's Armor and Magic Resist are passively increased based on the amount of gold he currently has (+1,2,3,4,5 armor and 2,4,6,8,10 Magic Resist per 100 Gold capped at 1,000) Active Ability- Lief can loan allied champions some money: 20,40,60,80,100 gold

Cooldown: 60 Seconds Range- 300

E: Big Spender Passive Ability- Lief is empowered by purchasing items. When he shops, he gains a temporary bonus that lasts until his next purchase. The bonus scales based on the amount of money he spends (is not procced by consumables and wards). Health Regeneration- Lief's Health Regeneration is increased by 3 per 5 seconds for every 100 gold he spends Mana Regeneration- Lief's Mana Regeneration is increased by 2.1 per 5 seconds for every 100 gold he spends Movement Speed- Lief's Movement Speed is increased by 2 for every 100 gold he spends Attack Speed- Lief's attack speed is increased by .08 for every 100 gold he spends

Active Ability- Lief becomes distraught because of his wasteful spending and consumes his passive bonus to shield himself for 2 seconds against damage equal to 20,40,60,80,100 per every 100 gold he spent

R: The Art of the Deal Targeted Ability- Lief enters a business negotiation with an enemy champion, during which time they are suppressed and Lief is silenced. If Lief currently has more money than his target, he becomes empowered and doubles his passive bonus from Fat Pockets for 10 seconds. If they currently have more money than him, he becomes enraged and attacks his target in jealousy dealing magic damage (200,400,600 +50% AP) Cooldown 82. 70, 58 seconds

As you can see, he has a wide range of playstyles including a top lane tank who thrives on his survivability and provides excellent cc for his junglers. He can also exert a great deal of kill pressure as a solo laner by building into trinity force (that q damage and stun!) and focusing on his attack speed and damage to proc his charm, follow up with a stun, and survive duels by using his E to shield himself before he dies. He is centered on his ability to play well around his expenses and requires a great deal of skill to play well on a team. He has to constantly consider the losses and benefits of specific item purchases, as well as the tradeoff between spending 1,000 gold to get stronger passive bonuses from his E but also losing the effects of his q and the durability bonus of his W. He deals much more damage and has more mobility and sustain when he makes expensive purchases, but he loses his durability if he does not have any savings. He is significantly weaker after losing his passive bonus if he is caught and has to use his shield, and once it is gone he is an easy target if he has not built for damage. He lanes best as a support, who is able to peel well for his partner with his q as well as turn the tide in bad situations by proccing his charm and getting out alive with his shield, all while granting them a little extra gold. He can be a mid-game monster who rewards himself by spiking after buying large items, but at higher levels of play he will function extremely well as a tanky support with targeted crowd control, sustained damage, and high durability.
