New skin idea for Gangplank.

With the lunar revel coming to town soon I thought it would be a good idea to start thinking about new ideas for the next one. One of my favorite champions in the game and he also needs a new more outgoing skin. Personally I think he could be decorated with golden mythological creatures such as dragons and turtles ( relevance towards the sea,) and his abilities would be great to put fire works and nice colorful animations in with it. His Previous skins lack a little bit of hardiness that GP truly deserves. I also have ideas about Illoai and Mordekieser. all of these have a great potential for this type of skin.
