Hextech Heimerdinger?

For any heimerdinger players or anyone who's ever even played him, why isn't there a hextech heimerdinger skin? there's a... hextech annie skin, a freaking hextech KOG MOW skin... but not a hextech skin for the champion it would fit so perfectly with. @riotgames this is really a no brainer, and i know it would come out really nice looking. Every heimerdinger player would be thanking you!

PS dragon trainer was also a sick skin 10/10

2 Legendary Skins already ? Didn't even get out of top lane until later seasons when they reworked his hp regen. Finnaly saw some apc/mid real pro play so.. sooner
