Genius Skin Idea

So, I've been thinking of this one for a while, and I've come to the conclusion that Pool Party Kled should be a thing. Skaarl could be a rubber ducky, kled could have a pool noodle instead of an axe, and his bear trap on a rope could be a rescue buoy. If you really wanted to go all out, he could have a trail of water, like a tidal wave, when he ults. Please, PLEASE get Riot to notice this idea so we can all get the skin.
