Mutiple languages across all regions

Hey im from China and moved to Canada awhlie ago, i was hoping to see mutiple diffrent selection of languages on the NA server but only found English, i found this annoying when i first started playing. As well America does not even have a offical language, not even french for some Canadians. But in Europe there are mutiple options, witch is odd because there are even more variety of people in NA. If anyone feels the same way please add to the discussion. -Jason
