(Champion Concept) Fish Man, the criminal of the sea (like chicken of the sea, get it?)

Lemme just say if you're looking for a crazy in-depth champion concept with tons of details, you have come to the wrong place...I just kind of tried to shoot the shit and come up with something that would please me. So far, he has like no skills, no kit, no real lore, but he does have the best damn teaser idea you've ever read.

This champ is a deep sea %%%%% from a world of night/ dark (I don't want to call it a world of darkness because that's honestly kind of gay and overused) The teaser has him in a very, very dark market where you can only see if you have like a light. (it's a deep sea market) He walks past a large array of people trying to sell him things, he ignores them and walks by silently as they offer him shit, but as he nears the end of the market he stops and turns to an old man with a shiny weapon. Fish %%%%%'s shadow turns to the man. The old man prompts up from his chair and says "you like what you see? It has irreperable power, but be warned, he who lays a finger on this weapon, may never be the same man they were before...". Fish %%%%% picks up the weapon because he's like a criminal and he's also pretty badass and the gleam from the weapon reveals his face as he replies with "I'll take it...", then a shroud of smoke wipes across the scene and then that's where the teaser ends. You know what, I just remembered that Slark and Slardar (from DoTA 2) exist so this might be a pretty worthless idea, but I built on it anyways because I liked it. Anyways, he's a fish criminal and he likes to steal with his deep sea black market gun/sword/whatever. If you want to imagine what he looks like, just imagine creature from the black lagoon with a gun. That's honestly my idea of him.
