New Way to Handle Rune Pages

As of 2018, Riot only allows 2 custom rune pages and gives you 5 preset pages that can not be changed or deleted to add more custom pages. For people who play many different champs and sometimes get autofilled in Draft Pick, making new pages before every game is a hassle and buying new pages isn't in the interest of everyone's wallet. So here's a new idea that could change the way runes are set up:

You can have active and inactive rune pages. What it means to have an active rune page is that it can be selected from the champion screen before a game. So if your playing draft pick, you can choose the two pages that correspond with your choice of position. If you get autofilled, you can pay 50-100 BE to use a locked page. That way there is a penalty if you don't have the right pages active but it saves time with switching champs easily. Another thing that this system does is encourage the playing and purchasing of more champions. This way if they want to dabble in support as a jungler they can do that without having to constantly scrap their favorite champion's page.

In my opinion, this system isn't perfect and should be tweaked but it's much better than the current system that only continues to aggravate players who enjoy playing many champions with different roles.
