Suggestion: Preferred Ban - Picks and Rune Set ups

In the case of a d/c or bugsplat (which just happened to me upon accepting a match request) can we have an auto set up for our bans, secondary bans and tertiary bans as well as picks so that if we d/c'd or bugsplatted in champ select we still have an opportunity to come back in the game? Or maybe a pause option for teammates to enable or disband or something to let people know that the client of someone has closed out?

Also, can we then add an option for an extra 30 seconds to finish up rune changes before exiting fountain as well?

To top it off, you can just add a dodge button instead to avoid confusion so people who want to dodge and not want to be mistaken for crashing can simply just dodge. It's really annoying when you "dodge" a game due to malfunctions.
