Champion Concept: Psych, The Maniac

Ability Changes W: Stolen Chains Edited the effects to be better. Toggled Off Increase AD by 5/10/15/20/25% Basic Attacks deal bonus physical damage equal to 1/2/3/4/5% of the target's maximum health. Psych is healed by half of the bonus damage. Rushed: Increases Life Steal by 10% Increase Armor Penetration by 10% **Thrilled: ** Every 4th basic attack will stun for 0.5 seconds. Toggled On: Increases the range of Psych's basic attacks and Chain of Mayhem by 50/100/150/200/250 300. Additionally, Psych's basic attacks will steal 1% 1/2/3/4/5% of the target's maximum mana. Psych is healed for half of the mana stolen this way. Rushed: Increases the maximum mana stolen to 2.5% Increases AS by 10% Thrilled: Increases the maximum mana stolen to 5%. Increases AS by another 10%.

NEW R: Random Chaos Old idea, made more unique and more random Cost: 20% maximum health CD: 200/160/120 seconds Range: 700 Psych thrashes around his chains everywhere but in a cone directly behind himself, hitting all enemies in range 2/4/6 (+0.1 AS) times a second for 70/90/110% of his basic attack damage for 3 seconds. Every time an enemy is hit by this ability, it will randomly be given one of the following crowd control effects:

• Rooted for 0.5 second
• Slowed by 40% for 1.5 seconds
• Silenced for 2 seconds
• Stunned for 0.5 seconds
• Blinded for 1 second
• Disarmed for 2 seconds
• Knocked up
• Pulled to directly in front of Psych
• Knocked Back
