New High Noon Devil Skins

So if they're devils, does it mean that (Little Devil Teemo) is their king? Cuz If that's the case it will be awesome, I mean just imagine, 3 Devils that look very scary af are ruled by ... EDIT: Since I forgot there were Teemoing skins, the new High Noon Devil skins should be like the rulers of those Teemoing skins but Teemo is the ruler of both Teemoing skins and the High Noon Devil
