Miranda, the Pure Blood
THIS IS A COMPLETE UPDATED VERSION OF MIRANDA, THE PURE BLOOD.
Miranda was born and raised in the city of Demacia. It was noted early on that she had a unique talent for magical arts. She found comfort in her abilities and allowed herself to fall in deep into her power. She enjoyed the way the power moved through her as she practiced. It wasn't until her early years as a teen that she finally developed her magical art. She was found to have some natural control over all different types of magics. Because of her skill and ability she was deemed a new race of mages, called the Pure Bloods. Before the Demacia army could recruit her, she was gone. She left only a note saying, "Mother, Father, I have gone to follow my heart. War is not something I wish to waste my talents on. Instead, I shall allow fate to show me the way, and if a few fights break out here and there, then so be it.
Miranda's main roles are:
Mid / aggressive Supp - She is also a mage (purely a mage).
Her powers are listed with the names below them:
Passive - Miranda's control over is greatly influenced when used in combat. If her abilities kill a target they are all lowered by 5 seconds. The target must die within 3.5 of Miranda starting an attack on them.
Q - She selects a target before rooting them in place with pure magic. This deals (x) amount of damage.
Visual effect: The target is rooted in place, but can still attack. The root is a glowing bright light blue color.
Scaling:
Mana Cost: 45/50/55/60/65 Root Time: 2/2.25/2.5/2.75/3 Range: 1075 Damage: 90/140/170/200/230 + 85% of AP Cooldown: 8.5 seconds
W - She unleashes a shockwave of magical energy that kicks targets into the air and carries them away. If they are knocked into a wall, they are stunned for 1.5 seconds.
Range - 650-700
Visual effect: A blue eruption comes out of Miranda, exploding in a selected direction until the ability ends.
Scaling:
Damage: 75/110/145/180/215 + 45% of AP Mana Cost: 55 Cooldown: 10.5 seconds
E -
Passive: Miranda's magics stick to her targets. Every spell leaves a trace of magic that last 5 seconds if Miranda stops attacking the target. It affects all targets hit.
Active: It deals 30/40/50/60/70 + 50% of her AP
Scaling:
Cooldown: 9 seconds Mana Cost: 40/50/60/70/80
Visual effect: You see blue essence get ripped from the target.
R - Miranda creates a large, unbreakable, circle wall around an area of the map. This wall can allows allies to move around freely in it. Enemies who attempt to enter or leave are stunned. When the ability comes to an end, it closes inward. All enemies are dragged to the center where they are dealt massive damage. Allies are not dragged to the center.
Visual effect: A large blue wall erupts out of Miranda. It stands around a target area, radiating a blue hue.
Pros: The wall can keep enemies away, or keep them in the fight. This can allow allies to make getaways. Cons: The ability takes 3.5 seconds to close inwards, and it can also be avoided or entered if using flash. Wall leaping abilities will work to evade the wall. Also, abilities like Vladimir's blood pool can keep him from being caught in the wall when closing. Or the Zhonyas Hourglass.

Range: 4500 (when opening) Cost: 100/125/150 mana Damage: 350/400/450 + 105% AP (when closing)

Note: As you can hopefully see, Miranda is not a pushover. She will tear you apart and do so in style. Even if you kill her, her ult can still get you.

Appearance:
Miranda has dark brown hair and ocean blue eyes. Her hair is long and falls down past her shoulders. Her lips are painted a clear, glossy pink. Her eyes are shadowed big and black with long lashes. Her outfit is a mini-dress with a long train behind it. The bust is corset (it takes on a Victorian time style), the skirt is plain and cut short. Making up that extra leg room are a pair of heeled boot that go up to her thighs. She also wears a pair of diamond studs and a gold locket (mainly to get across the idea that she is pure).
Colors: The bust of the outfit is a dark, sapphire blue with a white trim. The skirt is the same color blue with a white stripe coming up the side. Inside that white is the symbol of Demacia. The boots are purely white with blue tracings.
Extras: Miranda's powers allow the ability to fly.
Weapon: Miranda has no weapon. Instead, she hits her enemies with blue energy.
