More rewards/progression for casuals.

I feel very frustrated when playing ranked games. Often I find myself not enjoying the game as much even in a win knowing that my next game is a complete toss up. I've also noticed my biggest attraction to ranked is the rewards gained from it. I would really love to see some rewards implemented into normal matches as well. I think a lot of players would enjoy the game more rather than just playing it as though it's a task and not a form of entertainment.
