I am a singed main and i honestly think that singed should have an arcade singed skin where he has the 1010010010 thing as his smoke a arcade machine on his back a pix elated w have the e have different effects and say something when you use it like "Knocked up" you could make it so his ult insanity potion does a rainbow effect when you use it and when its on like the other arcade skins.

For sweet heart you could have his Q be pink his W like a pink circle with a heart in the middle the ultimate has hearts coming out of him when hes running around
