New Champion idea

How about a support champion that has added priority over neutral objectives. Mainly baron and dragon. Think it could be an interesting concept and give added power to the support role. Maybe even how the support interacts with skuttle, given the new meta focused around skuttle. This could promote jungle support synergy which is important. Could shift the meta drasticaly though.
