Champion Concept (link of document presentation)

This is my Champion Concept of "Pshylva". The champion who uses my new concept called cooldown control. Feel free to share and upvote this post if you like any of mine ideas so that you can help me bring this concept to Riot's attention.

I got 5 unique abilities (counting the passive), 3 possbile backgrounds of interesting lore, plannedStats, a vision of great future skins, a list of some Recommended items and a goal to make support champions unique!
