Normal Draft Mode That Mimicks your Ranked ELO?

So, lately I've hit a stagnant point in my solo queue ranked endeavor, and whenever I hit a rough patch I like to go spend some time in normal draft mode to practice some champions and/or mechanics, which normal draft mode is great for. I only have one problem.

Overall, I seem to be paired with people who are slightly below my ranked elo when I play in the normal modes, which isn't a big deal at all, but I'm having a hard time moving from norms back into ranked. I think a lot of people use normal draft mode the same way I do, to practice for ranked.

The problem I'm noticing (at least with myself and my own gameplay) is that after some time in normals I begin to do quite well often enough to feel comfortable with knowing I can carry a game in ranked with a certain champion. As soon as I go from normals to ranked, I notice that my performance sharply declines, since I'm playing either against people who either have: 1- The same elo, but are goofing around/practicing as well, or ...2- Playing against people well below my ranked elo in normals.

So my idea would be to create a new game mode similar in every way to ranked solo queue without LP gain or loss.

Thanks for reading, and let me know what you guys think =).

I agree. This is something I've wanted, though I didn't get much support for it. It's hard to play the occasional Normal matches to practice something so you can take it to Ranked, but your Normal MMR is much lower and you're possibly playing against people that aren't nearly as good as the ones you'll play in Ranked. I simply don't play enough Normals to catch up to my Ranked.
