Privel, The Ludicrous Lich-Defier
Note--I'll be leaving out stats, damage, cooldowns, and mana costs, as I'm not at all an expert on balancing out the numbers.
Visual design: A skeleton wearing a top hat, monocle, and black tuxedo and carrying a cane--basically a dapper Jack Skellington. (If this isn't creative, talk to the 5,000,000 people who made Yordle concepts.)
Lore: (I don't really want to make a full lore right now, so here's the extra-short version:)
Privel is basically a dead guy who refuses to stay dead. In his past life he was a traveling musician who loved to play the piano, but he ended up falling through the floor while playing the piano at a tavern, and then the piano fell and crushed him. His soul didn't want to die, so it re-inhabited Privel's corpse and brought him back to life, although badly mangled. Now, he spends his days trying to escape from Kindred, who is the only one who might ever bring him to justice. (I know it's kind of lame, but if I actually took the time to go into detail, it would be better.)
Play Style: Privel is an AP-based jungler (to be fair, after reading this, I realized he'd probably be better AD) with decent jungle clears, great ganks and great escapes. His weaknesses are silences and hard CC's, along with the fact that he's pretty squishy. With Privel, you need to be conservative with your abilities, especially E and R.
Basic attack range: The standard melee range, whatever it is. Base movement speed: Probably a little slower than, say, somebody like Fiddlesticks, which is made up for by his passive at full health. SKILLSET:
Passive: Escape Artist: Privel slowly gains health while moving, and slowly gains movement speed based on health. (The health regen is affected by movement speed, so the 2 parts of his passive stack off of each other.
Q: Vault: Passive: Privel gains a little bit of vision over thin terrain. Active: Privel uses his cane to leap over thin terrain or towards marked targets, briefly fear-ing and doing a small amount of damage to nearby enemies upon landing.
W: Pianist's Pummel: Privel conjures piano keys in a small conical area in front of him. (It's basically a triangle-shaped skillshot, kind of like Morde's E.) A maximum of 4 keys pop out of the ground, each damaging only one enemy, prioritizing champions and enemies at the far end of the cone. The keys also knock up enemies, and if only one enemy is in the range, 2 keys attack that one enemy, each doing full damage.
E: Canerang: Privel throws his cane at an enemy. (Targeted ability with a medium-long range.) The cane follows them wherever they go, and damages all enemies it passes through. Upon hitting an enemy, it slows them, and marks them for a few seconds (the duration of the mark increases with ability level.) Privel can Vault towards marked targets from a decent distance. (Note- you need to learn Q before you can learn E. This one has a relatively high cooldown, mostly because of it's effect on your ult.)
R: Death From Above: Privel, ironically after the way he died, conjures a piano to fall on a nearby enemy's head (targeted) dealing high magic damage and a bit of damage in a VERY small area of effect. If used on a marked target, Privel summons a pipe organ, and does even MORE damage and full damage in a larger area of effect. This has a very short cooldown, but the mana cost is very high (maybe something as high as 300 or even 400.) This is because the mana cost goes down the longer you go without using your R, at a minimum of 100 or maybe even 50 mana.
Maybe a little event between him and Kindred? Event's Name: Death's Dance (Note: Tavern-style piano music can be heard in the background during the event.) Requirements: Both Kindred and Privel must both be level 18. Both Kindred and Privel must have gotten at least 5 kills, and more kills than deaths. Kindred must have killed Privel at least once. Privel must have killed at least 3 of Kindred's marked targets. Rules: Neither Kindred nor Privel can ult during the event. Both Kindred and Privel gain vision of each other, and neither of them can recall or even enter their base by any means. Kindred must kill or assist to kill Privel within a set time, and if she fails, is automatically slain by Privel. Rewards: The winner gains the useless "VICTORY" buff, and the loser gains the "DEFEAT" buff. Along with that, the winner gains a buff substantially increasing AD for Kindred and AP for Privel for the rest of the game.
So, that's all I got. Please let me know of what you think. Thanks!
