[Champion Concept] Djinn'Mha: The Wish Granter

Deep beneath the sands of Shurima lies a labyrinth of caves and tunnels, all leading to a single chamber where Djinn'mha slumbers
Djinn'Mha was a demon that came to shurima many years ago He called him self the "Wish Granter", saying if someone gave him gold, he'd grant them a wish, and it'd come true within 3 days But gold was just the upfront costs, his "Wishes" had a horrible cost to them. When someone wishes for something, he'd keep his promise and make it so, but the wish maker always loses something they love more then life it's self
I man once wished to be a legendary warrior; he gave him an enchanted sword and an unbreakable shield, when he returned to his home village he saw it was under attack and being destroyed by a monstrous creature He killed it with ease. When he stood over it's corpse, he saw something that ruined him. Within it was the woman he loved, her body mangled and altered. The wish granter turned his beloved into a horrible monster, and forced him to kill her
I young woman came to him and wished for gold and wealth, she got what she wanted, but he sensed her vanity, and in return, he took her beauty and turned her as ugly as her soul she killed herself days later
The worst he has ever done, a young child approached him and made a simple wish To be friends with her pet forever. To complete her wish, he destroyed her heart and soul He took her pet from her and snapped it's neck right in front of her and told her "Now that it can not run 'nor die, it will be with you forever"
Everyone was afraid of him, terrified of him, and what he does
To restore the peace in Shurima, an order of mages cursed him and turned him into stone They told the people of the desert to dig a tunnel deep underground and once it was finished, they sealed his stone body away within it for ever

Q - Beggar's Price: Djinn'Mha throws at a wave of cursed sand that withers away any enemies weapon struck targets become disarmed for the next 1.25 seconds targets can not be disarmed again within 10 seconds of being rearmed
Damaging Stunned, Silenced, or Disarmed targets reduce Beggar's Price's cool down by 1 seconds
If a target is Cursed, Beggar's Price will instead turn into a homing projectile that follows and damages only them once they are struck, they are disarmed for 1.25 seconds, and silenced for 0.25

E - Lashing Fear: Djinn'Mha releases Fear, his four eyed snake, and sends him to strike a single enemy target once it strikes them, it clings onto them and refuses to let go for the next 5 - 13 seconds once Fear strikes, the target becomes poisoned and takes magic damage each second
Djinn'Mha can recast Lashing Fear to Fear detach from his prey When Fear chooses to detach or is told to detach, he will not immediately return to Djinn'Mha, but will instead travel back towards them Fear moves at a speed of 450 UpS
If the target is within Lashing Fear's cast area, Djinn'Mha gains true sight over them

By cursing an enemy, he does the opposite and reduces their stats by 10 - 30 (+1 P/80 AP) (Attack speed by 10% - 30%) Cursed enemies have their max Health and Mana reduced by 100 - 300 until the mark wears off Enemies also have their CD reduced by 5% - 15%
