[Champion concept] Lilliya - the demon's edge

So I was thinking we could have a demon swordswoman-like character, I mean our last demon (actual demon or close to it) was Shaco, so I think another one would be great to add,

Lore: Some think of darkness as the evil that festers within the hearts of men, then there's the spiritual belief that evil has it's own form, Lilliya is that form, summoned by an evil magus, Lilliya was summoned to serve the magus, however, for her services, she required a sacrifice, and took the magus' very soul, and went out on her own, now she wanders aimlessly throughout Valoran, with no way back to the underworld, she seeks a new purpose for herself and will slay any who try to stop her.

[Passive] Demon's will: If Lilliya commits a kill, she restores 5% of her missing health and Mana, HP increases AD by 1 for every 100 HP

[Q] soul destroyer: releases a pulse of black magic in a cone shape in the direction she's facing, requires 15/30/45/60/75 HP to use, deals 45/50/55/60/65 AD and scales with 5/15/25/35/45% of her current AD

[W] Life siphon: marks an enemy and heals 10/20/30/40/50 HP per second for the next 3 seconds, scales with percent of missing health (scales up with 20% of missing health at max)

[E] Black magic mark: forms a black magic mark in the ground around her, reduces damage intake by 5/10/15/20/25% while she stands within this radius (does not effect partners), lasts for 3/3.5/4/4.5/5 seconds, requires 50/60/70/80/90 HP to use.

[R] Hell born: Unleashes her true power and her AD increases by 30/40/50% of her current AD for the next 3/4/5 seconds, she reduces her HP by 30/40/50% during this time and gains 20% lifesteal.
